Full itinerary
You will be picked up from your hotel in Cappadocia between 1.00 pm and 1.30 pm. We highly recommend you to join the tour with an empty stomach. 😊 It will take around 1 hour 15 minutes to get to Kayseri from Cappadocia. Admire beautiful Mt Erciyes as you approach the historic city nestled under the volcano. On arrival, your tour guide will introduce you the local vendors to taste the specialties of the local cuisine. From pickle juice to Kayseri style pastrami, Turkish style ravioli (manti) to pide with tahini, offal soup to Turkish coffee, you will discover this rich cuisine. Maybe you’ll need a little nap as we drive back to Cappadocia for drop off at your hotel.
